Mitch’s Media Match (www.MitchsMediaMatch.com) is a new online service for Atlanta and Georgia-based media that matches their story assignments and story concepts with local sources and experts. Mitch’s Media Match (M3) is the first and only service of its kind in Atlanta for media, public relations agencies, companies large and small, and non-profit organizations.

Media Features ·Submit queries on short or long-term stories. ·Get “Instant Source” matches to story concepts you post from the M3 Expert Database. ·Search the Expert Database by keyword for Atlanta or North GA sources, thus cutting out useless sources from other cities. ·Story postings can include reporter’s name and contact information or be “masked” to protect the subject of a pending story. ·Can be used anywhere the reporter has Internet access: laptops in the field, PDAs, web-enabled cellphones. ·Cost: FREE for working media. Media Sign In ·To access the site, go to www.mitchsmediamatch.com and click where it says "journalist log in." ·Enter your email and your password, which should be your first name.If your password is not accepted, email us at customerservice@leffassociates.com or call (404) 861-4769. Subscriber Features ·Twice Daily Email Notifications: Subscribers receive posted stories at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. ·Expert Database – Subscribers input information on their expert sources. Reporters can search the database by keyword. ·When a reporter submits a query, the site compares keywords between the query and experts in the Expert Database. ·Reporter receives an email back notifying him/her of matches, called “MitchMatches.” ·Subscribers view reporter queries online at www.mitchsmediamatch.com. ·Keyword Email: Create keyword search. When a query and expert keywords match, an email is sent to the subscriber (additional annual charge). ·Cost: $150 annual subscription. Subscriber Sign Up ·To access the site, go to www.mitchsmediamatch.com and click where it says "subscriber log in." ·Below the sign in fields, you'll see "Not subscribed yet? Sign up now!" Click there, enter your info, and click "sign up!" Then click back on "subscriber log in," enter your info, and you'll be into the site. The online components of Mitch’s Media Match were developed by Atlanta’s Schroder Public Relations (http://www.schroderpr.com), a full service public relations firm with a digital studio specializing in web site design, video and book publishing. Schroder handled all design and implementation of the new web site.
